We rebuilt the Silverloom data model natively in Zoho CRM with custom modules, blueprints, and a full data migration, launched a branded self-service member portal on Zoho Sites, and automated document signing, invoicing, and payroll across Zoho Sign, Books, and Payroll. Members now access their data, signed documents, and event history around the clock, and the flow from lead capture to invoice and payroll runs end to end.
