Terms & Conditions of the Referral Program
Eligibility
This offer (“Offer”) is made available by Erphub, a division of Rebiz LLC (“Erphub”, “us”, “our”) and is only available to Eligible Sources. “Eligible Sources” are natural persons who submit a referral form through the Erphub website (https://www.erphub.com/referral) and who have a valid Erphub account or valid contact information on file with us. Eligible Sources must be 18 years of age, reside in the United States and have a valid social security number.
Requirements
Eligible Sources who invite Eligible Referrals to Erphub will receive, subject to these Terms and Conditions, a reward having a cash value of $300 USD (“Reward”) for each such Eligible Referral. “Eligible Referrals” are new customers to Erphub who enter a services contract with us within 120 days of their initial onboard meeting with us. Eligible Referrals must be new contacts to Erphub and must have no prior relationship with us. Eligible Sources must invite Eligible Referrals to Erphub after September 1, 2022 to qualify for rewards.
Rewards
Rewards are earned only after Eligible Referrals spend a net amount of $1,000 USD with Erphub during the first year of their first services contract with us. Notice that a reward is eligible to be claimed (“Reward Notice”) will be made available to Eligible Sources through their Erphub account or using the contact information we have on file. The date that a Reward Notice is made available by us is the “Reward Date”, and the Reward Date is also the date that an Eligible Source may first claim a Reward. Rewards must be claimed by sending an email to contact@erphub.com within 30 days of the Reward Date. Rewards not claimed within 30 days of the Reward Date will expire. Rewards may be issued by bank draft, ACH or wire transfer, or by any other means.
Additional Limitations
Erphub reserves the right to either decline to grant the Offer or requests to enroll in the Offer in its sole discretion, including for, but not limited to: (1) failure to meet the requirements and qualifications of the Offer; (2) actual or suspected fraudulent activity; or (3) any violation of these Terms and Conditions or the terms and conditions on the Erphub website. Erphub reserves the right to change the terms or terminate the Offer at any time without notice. No substitution, assignment or transfer permitted, except by Erphub, who reserves the right in its sole discretion to substitute a Reward with another reward of equal value. The Offer is not transferable, saleable, or valid in conjunction with other offers or promotions offered by Erphub. The Offer is only available for personal use and may not be used for commercial purposes. Other restrictions may apply. Void where prohibited. No purchase necessary to enter or win.
