Information We Collect and How We Collect It

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet, mobile platforms and other electronic means is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee the security of your Personal Data transmitted to us through such media. California Civil Code Section § 1798.83 permits users of the Services, including the Website, that are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of Personal Data to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
